Is the Bee Venom Crème supposed to burn when applied?
There is a degree of light burning / tingling as the product works - this effect aids in the plumping and tightening of the skin and is totally normal. If you experience an uncomfortable level of burning wash off the product immediately and discontinue use.
I have a known bee allergy - is the Bee Venom Face Crème suitable for me?
NO. If you have sensitive skin or skin that is prone to dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis the Bee Venom Crème is not recommended. We advise patch testing before using this product for all skin types.
Is your bee venom extracted ethically without harming the bees?
YES. Our bee venom process is bee friendly using a low current electromagnetic plate with the process happening once a month the rest of the month the bees go about their business as honey bees.
Are your products gluten free?
YES. In the unlikely event that there was gluten it would be in trace amount.
What order do I apply the skin products?
We suggest that you apply serums first, followed by cremes and finished with oils. The oils are able to penetrate through the cremes where as not so readily the other way around.
My airless pump (60g skincare tubes) has stopped working - how do I get it working again?
These pumps have closed systems designed to keep your cream at its best by keeping air out and work really well when kept closed – if you happened to unscrew the pump, this introduces air and the pump will stop working – but don’t worry it’s an easy fix! Simply squeeze out any trapped air, re-screw the pump on and you will be good to go again!
(Sometimes you need to apply some light pressure to the tube while you pump to remove the last of the air.)
Because it is a closed system (preventing any drawback of dirt and contaminants and keeping the product in perfect condition), the tube will slowly collapse over time as the product is pumped out. This is normal and why there is no straw attached to the inside of the pump
