What currency do you charge in?
Prices are in New Zealand dollars.
What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum spend to activate a shipping option is NZ$5
How long will it take to process my order?
Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email. Our mail order team will process your order on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost and are there any taxes?
If you spend over $10 shipping is free. Orders under $10 ship for a flat rate of $10. All prices include GST of 15%.
Are my credit card details safe?
YES. Payments are processed securely by Payment Express so at no time do we receive any personal card details.
We will not share your personal details with any third party.
What is your refund / return policy?
We will refund any un-used items within 30 days upon return in complete packaging. Faulty and damaged goods will be promptly replaced at no charge.
How long does shipping take?
Once processed orders are dispatched and should be received within 7 working days at the latest.
My order has not arrived - now what?
If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive within 14 working days please contact us to either arrange re-delivery or a refund. We will incur any costs related to lost items.
I am not in New Zealand, do you ship internationally?
